转炉泡沫渣抑制剂是我公司为转炉吹炼过程中抑制泡沫渣喷溅，减少吹损，而开发的一种新产品。由于转炉泡沫渣的喷溅在转炉生产过程中时有发生，造成生产安全隐患，特别是转炉扩容后造成转炉倾动不到出钢位，使得钢渣混出，甚至炉口窜出。使用该产品对转炉泡沫渣喷溅有较好的抑制作用，能有效的防止泡沫渣喷溅发生和控制喷溅的程度，减少炉前操作工烫伤的危险。同时提高了转炉的有效容积，提高钢液收得率，降低生产成本，为企业增加效益。
